It is the mission of the Wheeler FD to protect and save the life and property of the citizens of our district/surrounding areas and to return all of our volunteers home safely. 

Our training is the driving force and blueprint for how Wheeler FD will respond to current and future challenges and changing priorities.  It reaffirms our mission and values as an agency dedicated to high quality service.  It also addresses the specific goals, strategies, and objectives we will pursue to meet current and future challenges while establishing key performance indicators to measure our progress.
